Privacy & GDPR
Fundi Technologies Ltd ("Fundi", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data collected through this site. This notice explains what we collect when you join the waitlist, why, and what rights you have under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.
What we collect
At the waitlist stage, we collect the minimum needed to keep you updated and hold your place:
- Email address — to confirm your spot and contact you about launch and early access.
- Basic usage data — page views and device/browser type, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
Once Fundi launches as a product, connecting a bank account through open banking will involve additional financial data. That will be covered by a separate, more detailed privacy notice shown before you connect anything — we won't fold that in silently here.
Why we process it, and on what basis

Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the waitlist and site — for example an email delivery provider and website hosting — each bound by a data processing agreement. We don't share your email with advertisers.
Where it's stored
Our processors may store data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses to keep it protected to the same standard.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist emails until launch plus a reasonable window afterward, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you (access)
- Correct anything that's wrong (rectification)
- Delete your data (erasure)
- Export your data in a portable format (portability)
- Stop processing your data, or object to how we use it (restriction / objection)
- Withdraw consent at any time, which won't affect anything done before that point
To use any of these, email us via Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and to understand basic aggregate traffic. It doesn't run third-party advertising trackers.
